HOW TO USE IT

Gauge Chart Tutorial

Step 1: Click on or create a custom page

  • Click the custom drop down on the top navigation bar.
  • Either click on an existing page or create a new one by click “create new”

Step 2: Manage Symbols

  • Once on the Watchlist Creation page, locate and click on “Manage Symbols.”

Step 3: Adding Datasets

  • To add datasets to the treemap, you have a few options:
    • Search Directly: If you know the dataset and its abbreviation, use the search bar to find and click on it. It will be added to the side.
    • Adding Multiple Datasets: You can also add multiple datasets at once by navigating through categories. Click the arrow next to a category to reveal the datasets, then select the ones you want to add.
    • Selecting All: If you want to add all datasets within a category, click the arrow, then select “Select All.”

Step 4: Customizing Display

  • Ensure the display type is set to “Gauge Chart.”

Step 5: Viewing Gauges

  • After saving, gauges will start populating.
  • Each gauge represents a specific market and displays:
    • The current value (middle value).
    • 52-week low and high.
    • Trend indication (red for trending low, green for trending high).
    • Average over the 52-week period.
