What does it tell me?
Fuel economy varies greatly across fleets and is influenced by many factors including aerodynamic truck and trailer design, load type and weight, weather including temperature, rolling resistance, refinery fuel blends, and driver behavior. This data is designed to provide fleets with a national and KMA average MPG for the purposes of benchmarking individual fleet and driver performance over time.
